Manufacturing Process


MOLDING
All parts are molded through fine and rough cuts to be made perfectly into our desired shapes down to the precision.
Ensure all parts are made and fit to perfectly for replacements.

STUD POLISHING
XRF steering Parts are built like anti-friction bearings with very close tolerances and highly polished studs and bearings. We use a high-strength step thread on all of our ball studs and nuts. This is a matched thread that allows the installer to spin the nut on by hand but when torqued, it provides the strongest thread available.

HOT FORGING
XRF’s hot forging process improves the mechanical properties of the metal. It also provides excellent consistency and repeatability in the production of parts.

Induction hardening
Selective products undergoes Induction Hardening process, which provide the studs with a hardened surface layer while maintaining the core’s desired properties, overall, increases material’s endurance and stability.

CNC MACHINING

ASSEMBLY
All assembly parts are inspected by hand, half-machine assembled to ensure that each single parts are put together precisely and a quality consistency.
