XRF Products Warranty Policy

XRF Limited Lifetime Warranty

XRF warrants to the first retail purchaser only that the qualifying XRF® branded products purchased and professionally installed at authorized dealers are free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship when used on catalog-listed applications operating under normal conditions, (normal wear & tear not included), for as long as the first retail purchaser owns the car on which the product was originally installed.  

Qualifying Products:

• XRF® Chassis Parts
• XRF® Control Arms

 

Product and Warranty Terms

XRF's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of defective products (normal wear & tear not included) in accordance with this warranty. The cost of removal and installation are not included, and any incidental and consequential damage is excluded under this warranty, regardless of when the failure occurs. This warranty has no cash value. To make a claim under this warranty, return the defective product with the dated original receipt to the dealer or retailer from whom it was purchased. This Limited Warranty is not transferable. This Limited Warranty applies only to those Products expressly described in this document. An eligible Product must be purchased new and used only on the vehicle upon which it was originally installed. Satisfactory proof of the date of purchase of the Product by the original end-user purchaser, date of installation and mileage of the vehicle must be provided.

 

Limitations and Exclusions of Warranty

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO THE FIRST RETAIL PURCHASER WHICH PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OR RETAILER AND IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE. This warranty does not apply to purchases made through unauthorized retailers/dealers including unauthorized online sellers. XRF has no way to confirm the authenticity and quality of products sold through unauthorized resellers and is not obligated to honor warranty claims when purchased from an unauthorized individual, unauthorized retailer/dealer, or unauthorized online retailer. Purchases made through auction sites, marketplaces, private or third-party sales, or other unauthorized online retailers are not eligible for a warranty. 

 

Additional Limitations and Exclusions of Warranty

In addition to the other requirements, limitations, disclaimers, and exclusions contained in this Limited Warranty, this Limited Warranty also does not apply to:

1. Any other costs, including costs of removal, installation, diagnostic time, and any other expenses arising out of replacing the product.
2. Any damage that is caused by external force such as flood, fire, earthquake etc. 
3. Any Product installed on a vehicle used for commercial (fleet), extreme off-roading, competition purposes.
4. Any Product installed on a vehicle that is or has been operated in an overloaded condition, i.e., overloaded more than the vehicle’s payload capacity or towing capacity per the original vehicle manufacturer’s placard. 
5. Any Product installed on a vehicle with a suspension system that has been altered, modified, or restored in any way, including but not limited to suspension systems that have been lowered or raised.
6. Any claim, loss, or damage due to misuse, alteration, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper application, or attachment, improper or lack of maintenance, improper installation, or improper storage of the Product.
7. Any Product not installed by a properly trained or certified technician using appropriate tools and procedures.
8. Any Product that was acquired as used (e.g., a Product purchased used, or a vehicle purchased used and upon which a Product was installed by the prior vehicle owner)
9. Any Product that has been transferred from the vehicles on which it was originally installed.
10. Any claim, loss, or damage by anyone other than the original end-user purchaser of the Product. 
11. Any claim, loss, or damage due to damage that occurred to the Product while in transit prior to the purchase by the original end-user purchaser; and any reconditioned Product. 
12. Obsolete parts are no longer available from XRF.
13. Any Product exposure to harsh weather, road debris and other road hazards, and/or chemicals.
14. Any Product purchased, installed, or used outside of the United States of America, its territories and Canada.
15. Any product that is sent back for return to the original retailer should be on his or hers own cost.
16. Please note that Qualified Installer Shop is a business registered with the City/County/Municipality to conduct business as an automotive repair facility with a business license.
17. Please keep in mind that the product that has been approved to honor the warranty can only be replaced ONCE.
18. XRF will not accept any returns and is not responsible for any claims related to circumstances and products described in the preceding sentence. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed if not stated herein. Any implied warranties you may have under state law are limited to the same duration and other terms as this warranty to the extent permissible.

 

Disclaimer Of All Other Warranties

Except as otherwise expressly stated in this Limited Warranty, no other representation or warranty, express or implied, is made. XRF EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No person or organization is authorized to alter this warranty on behalf of XRF, either orally or in writing. Some States or Provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state, from province to province, or from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Any implied warranties you may have under your state, province, or jurisdiction are limited to the same duration as this warranty. Some states, provinces, and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusion may not apply to you.

Governing Law:  This limited warranty shall be governed by, and to be interpreted and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

XRF Wholesale Return Policy

 

1. Before initiating the Return Process, customers are required to notify XRF, upon confirmation that XRF has been notified, customers are allowed to proceed with the return process. 
2. All returns must be new parts, returned in original boxing, sealed in polybags.
3. All non-defective products will result in a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law). 
4. Products are only eligible for returns for the purchases that have occurred in the past 15 days.  
5. Parts that have been installed are not eligible for returns.
6. All accessories must be included as sold: Nuts, Grease Fitting, Cotter Pin, installation instructions (if included), etc.
7. Shipping labels must be on the return shipping box. No original packaging should have any shipping labels attached.
8. Customers are responsible for any costs that occurred during the return process. (e.g. Shipping fee)
9. Customers hold responsibility for returned products before arrival.
10. Defective products (When failure of material and workmanship or design defects) may only be returned within 60 days of the date the product is delivered to the purchaser.
11. For any missing parts, customers have 15 days to file a claim upon the purchasing date.  
12. There is no restocking fee for defective products.
13. For all defective products, XRF will provide a shipping label and cover all shipping costs. 
14. Credit will only be issued to the purchasing account, non-transferable.
15. Refunds will be issued in 3-5 business days upon the arrival of the products.
